George S. Lichter - Chief Executive Officer
An accomplished veteran of the Internet, software and entertainment industries, Mr. Lichter previously served concurrently both as President of Ask Jeeves International and as the Chief Executive Officer of Ask Jeeves UK and Ireland, where he was a member of the senior management team that led Ask Jeeves from start-up through IPO and beyond.
During Mr. Lichter's tenure, Ask Jeeves UK grew to become the #5 web site in Great Britain and Ask Jeeves International became the first division within the company to achieve sustained profitability. After Ask Jeeves, Mr. Lichter co-founded and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Whole Body /Yoga Works, a national family of Yoga and alternative health and fitness centers. Mr. Lichter continues to serve there as a Board Member and is actively involved in guiding Yoga Works' strategic direction, expansion and financing.
Before Ask Jeeves, Mr. Lichter was the Senior Vice President of New Business Development at Vivendi Interactive/Havas Interactive, which, prior to its acquisition by Vivendi, was Cendant Software and included game developers Blizzard Entertainment, Sierra On-Line, as well as several leading educational software companies. Mr. Lichter was promoted into that role following the successful sale of Knowledge Adventure to Cendant.
At Knowledge Adventure Mr. Lichter was VP of Business Development and part of the senior team that led the company's dramatic turnaround and made their JumpStart Learning software series into the #1 educational software brand in units & dollars. Prior to that, Mr. Lichter was an entertainment attorney in the Beverly Hills law firm of Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman. Mr. Lichter graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree from UCLA and received a JD from the Stanford Law School.
Randy Todd – Director of Sales
An enterprising sales leader with more than 10 years experience in media and advertising sales, Mr. Todd has developed a deep knowledge of online marketing and search optimization through his years of experience working with InfoSearch Media and its partners. During his time with ISHM he has played a key role in improving sales revenue and interdepartmental efficiency, as well as managing major accounts and business development opportunities. He has overseen the various sales channels of the organization including telesales, enterprise sales, affiliates and resellers, and handles the growth and maintenance of the Company’s successful partner relations.
Prior to InfoSearch Media, Mr. Todd worked for the Los Angeles Philharmonic, focusing on major donor relations, and was recognized as the most successful fundraising coordinator ever in the history of the organization. He fulfilled a similar role before that at Clean Water Action, the environmental lobby group, where he oversaw fundraising and developed campaign strategies as California Liaison.
He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University, in Middletown, Conn.
Gregory Hillman – Director of Client Services
Mr. Hillman has more than 20 years of experience managing projects and working with clients in the Internet and advertising industries. He currently serves as the Director of Client services at InfoSearch Media where he has been employed for more than two years.
Reporting directly to the chief executive officer, Mr. Hillman manages several of InfoSearch Media’s internal teams involved with the planning and fulfillment of complete custom products including high volume orders of human written copy, video, audio, and image content solutions which drive quality organic and paid search traffic to websites worldwide. Additionally, he is charged with maintaining client website security, assisting design teams access development environments, training in-house SEO specialists as well as coordinating tasks for new teams.
Before joining InfoSearch Media, he completed projects for advertisers including www.move.com and www.american-sailing.com. Other positions held encompassed marketing, international education administration, business development, electronic security, and executive management focused in the distribution, search, and Internet advertising industries.
A graduate of the University of Washington at Seattle with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he is active in professional and civic organizations, including Delta Kappa Epsilon, and is certified with American Sailing Association. He also participates in various independent groups focused on the production of media.
Diane B. Sievert – Director of Content Development
Ms. Sievert was first employed by InfoSearch Media in 2003 as a freelance copywriter, producing articles on a wide variety of topics for Article Insider. She was promoted to the position of Senior Editor in 2005, where she worked with a dedicated team of experienced editors to both enforce the department's content standards and guidelines and improve the SEO writing strategies employed by InfoSearch Media freelancers.
In May 2007, Ms. Sievert became the Manager of Content Development for InfoSearch Media. As a key member of the production team, she contributed to the evolution of the company's core product, TrafficBuilder Text, and managed every aspect of content production for several major accounts. With her recent promotion to Director of Content Development, she now oversees all content production departments, including keyphrase analysis and content planning, copywriting, and editing.
Ms. Sievert earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with honors from UCLA and worked as a Los Angeles Unified School District middle school teacher and ELL administrator before attending graduate school and receiving her Master of Arts in Literature from UC Santa Cruz. In addition to her work for InfoSearch Media, she has taught composition and creative writing classes at UC Santa Cruz and several Los Angeles area community colleges.
