  • Project Manager

    InfoSearch Media is the leading developer of online content. Our products and services are designed to drive higher organic search rankings, brand recognition and better website performance for our clients. We work in an exciting, fast-paced environment and we need a sharp, resourceful, experienced Project Manager (this is not a sales role) to work out of our corporate headquarters located in Marina Del Rey.

    Working within our Customer Experience group, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the post-sales client relationship from inception to completion. The Project Manager ensures that all commitments are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner. This person coordinates with all necessary departments to complete the project to the high satisfaction of the client and plays a critical role in our most important client engagements. The Project Manager reports to the Director of Customer Experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creates, maintains, and monitors project plans
    • Manages delivery of multiple projects and day-to-day client
      interaction
    • Sets and manages expectations with internal and external
      clients
    • Anticipates clients' needs, proposes solutions, and escalates
      as needed
    • Continually seeks opportunities to increase client
      satisfaction and deepen client relationships
    • Builds a knowledge base of each clients' business,
      organization, and objectives
    • Ensures successful completion of deliverables on time and
      on/under budget
    • Stays current on trends in search engine optimization
    • Other duties as may be assigned

    Qualifications:

    • College degree or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years Internet or relevant project management
      experience
    • Proven client interaction skills and good communication
      skills
    • Ability to plan and prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
      under pressure
    • Team player, exhibiting common sense and analytical reasoning
      skills
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Effective meeting facilitation skills
    • Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, initiative, creativity
    • Proficiency in MS Office and solid knowledge of Microsoft
      Project Scheduling are a must

Often, you will need to educate them in the operation of search engines and how that relates to their online marketing campaign. We will teach you ways to generate leads, and you must be committed to gaining new clients.     The ideally qualified candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of experience selling over the phone.
    • 2+ years working in the online industry.
    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
    • The ability to network over the telephone, via email, and in person.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Strong opening and closing skills.
    • Impressive personal leadership showcased in the ability and drive to take on and see projects through to completion, as well as to allow one’s results to speak for themselves.
